The use of Amniotic Fluid (AF) has recently surged in the aesthetic industry. This is mainly due to the fact that amniotic fluid is rich in proteins, nutrients and other growth factors that assist and enhance the human healing process. These growth factors stimulate collagen production, healthy circulation and antioxidant activity. It is a great alternative to surgery or addition to your clientele's favorite treatment.

*Note: For the preservation of our amniotic fluid products, we exclusively use express shipping to limit exposure to uncontrolled temperatures. Any order containing amniotic fluid will have the entire order shipped express. To lower your shipping costs, consider ordering amniotic fluid separately from other items.

    Integrity Amniotic Fluid FAQs

What is the source of Integrity's Amniotic fluid?

All human tissues used to manufacture our products are sourced from full term donors. These donors have undergone delivery via scheduled cesarean section and have been rigorously screened for both medical conditions and social histories. Our tissue recovery partner procures tissues with protocols that follow American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) standards. We have reviewed their recovery, screening, labeling, and shipping protocols and have found them acceptable.

    Is Integrity Amniotic Fluid Sterile?

Integrity Amniotic Fluid is terminally sterilized using electron beam irradiation and is provided in a sterile vial within a peel pouch, which may be introduced into a sterile field.

    Can an allergic reaction occur?

Integrity Amniotic Fluid is a pure, filtered amniotic fluid that does not contain preservatives or additives. It is immune privileged and is favorable in that it will not cause or illicit an immune reaction. The human body will not view amniotic fluid as a foreign antigen.

What serology testing is conducted on donors?

Donor blood is tested for the following communicable diseases.

    • Syphilis (STS)
    • Hepatitis B Virus (Surface Ag, Core Ab, NAT)
    • Hepatitis C Virus (Ab, NAT)
    • Human T-lymphotropic virus, type I (Ab)
    • Human T-lymphotropic virus, type II (Ab)
    • Human immunodeficiency virus, type O (Ab, NAT)
    • Human immunodeficiency virus, type 1 (NAT)
    • Human immunodeficiency virus, type 2 (Ab)
    • Cytomegalovirus (Ab)

Donors are also screened for social histories and high-risk behaviors that may make them a more at-risk demographic for communicable diseases.
