PRF Treatment FAQ
What does PRF treatment do?
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is a completely natural treatment made from a patient’s own blood. It contains platelets, fibrin, and growth factors that stimulate collagen, repair tissue, and restore volume. Unlike synthetic fillers, PRF works with the body to deliver longer-lasting rejuvenation and a natural look.
Why Integrity PRF?
- FDA-registered tubes and kits made to medical-grade standards
- Lower pricing: PRF kits are $45 compared to competitor kits priced at $79
- All-in-one convenience: Each kit includes 2 tubes, blood draw, and treatment supplies for one complete session
- Reliability guaranteed: If there’s ever an issue with a tube, we’ll replace it with overnight delivery at no cost.
With Integrity, every PRF treatment is backed by safe, dependable supplies and pricing that protects margins.
PRF vs PRP – Which is Better?
PRF and PRP both play important roles in aesthetics, but they are used differently:
-PRF develops a thicker, gel-like consistency that makes it an ideal natural alternative to filler. It adds subtle volume, smooths contours, and continues releasing growth factors over time.
-PRP remains serum-like, making it perfect for microneedling facials, hair restoration, and skin revitalization, where a fluid regenerative serum is best.
PRF is often considered an upgrade over PRP because it is 100% natural (no additives), releases growth factors more slowly, and provides longer-lasting results. As interest grows in the “next generation” of platelet therapy, many practices are adopting PRF to stay ahead. Stocking the right supplies — tubes, centrifuges, and collection kits — positions any med spa as a leader in regenerative aesthetics.
What is PRF used for?
PRF is widely used for:
- Under-eye rejuvenation (tear troughs)
- Hair restoration and scalp health
- Acne scar and fine line reduction
- Natural volume restoration when transformed into Bio Filler
PRF and Bio Filler
Bio Filler is created by processing PPP (platelet-poor plasma) from a PRF or PRP tubes in the Integrity Bio Filler Machine, which heats and cools the plasma into a gel that is then mixed with liquid PRF or PRP. The result is Bio Filler — a biocompatible, natural alternative to synthetic dermal fillers that restores youthful contours while stimulating regeneration.
How much does PRF cost?
PRF treatments typically range between $600 and $1,200 per session, with PRF Bio Filler procedures often commanding higher
fees due to their filler-like results.
Each PRF kit is designed for a single patient treatment. At $45 per kit, compared to competitor kits at $79, the savings per session directly increase profitability. With treatment revenues of $600+, most practices achieve a 10–15x return on investment per kit.
What is needed to start offering PRF treatments?
Getting started with PRF is simple.
All that’s needed:
- PRF tubes ($22 each, blood draw & injection supplies needed to complete treatment) or PRF kits ($45 each, complete for one patient)
- A centrifuge for PRP and PRF processing
