Refund policy

General Return Policies:

    • Customers are eligible for a full refund when products are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • No returns are accepted after 30 days from purchase.
    • To be eligible for a refund or credit, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Please note that due to the medical nature of our devices, opened products cannot be returned.

    Warranty & Replacements:

      • Our products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in mechanical equipment from the date of purchase.
      • If any product, mechanical or otherwise, is found to be defective within its expiration date, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

      Return Shipping:

        • Integrity PRP will provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns and warranty claims.
        • We advise that you securely pack the product to prevent any damage during transit.
        • After we receive your return, we will process it and confirm your refund, credit, or replacement within 7-10 business days.

        Exclusions:

          • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for returns or warranty claims.
          • ALL transactions related to training courses are non-refundable. 

          How to initiate a warranty or refund claim:

            • When initiating a return or replacement, please provide the product's lot and/or serial number to your Integrity PRP Specialist.
            • You MUST Contact your Sales Representative with your order details and the reason for the return or claim. Include photographs or documentation if applicable.
            • After approval, we will send you detailed instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.

            Refunds:

              • Upon successful validation of the return, we will process your refund or credit, deducting any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be reflected in your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
