INTEGRITY SHIPPING POLICIES

Your INTEGRITY TEAM strives to provide its customers with the best shipping options possible. To this end, we have partnered with FedEx for all our Domestic and International needs.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

GROUND:

EXPRESS - 2-DAY - 2-DAY AM - STANDARD OVERNIGHT - PRIORITY OVERNIGHT - FIRST OVERNIGHT:

EXCEPTIONS:

There are a few products, due to their nature, that need to be delivered within 2 days. These are restricted to EXPRESS SHIPPING ONLY. This restriction is noted in the description area of these products. When you order products with this restriction along with products without this restriction, the entire shipment will ship EXPRESS. In many cases, you can save shipping costs by splitting the order into 2 separate orders, one GROUND and one EXPRESS.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The shipping address must be a physical address. We can’t ship to a PO Box.
Usually, orders placed prior to noon EST will ship out the same day [Excluding weekends & Holidays]

SHIPPING COST + ARRIVAL DATE

At checkout, the shipping cost and “estimated” arrival date will be provided for each available shipping option. You decide which works best for you. The arrival date and time are normally accurate, but not guaranteed, as they are affected by weather, mechanical failure, Holidays, etc.

NOTIFICATIONS:

You will automatically receive shipment details [when shipped, estimated delivery, exceptions, delivered] directly from Integrity PRP to your email address on file.

DAMAGED PACKAGE:

In the event your package is damaged in shipment, please take pictures, then open the box to determine if any products are damaged. If so, please contact your Integrity PRP Representative for further instructions.

MISSING/LATE SHIPMENT:

Please contact your Integrity PRP Specialist for any shipments that appear lost or are late.
