microneedling derma pen

Microneedling Derma Pen

The Integrity Derma Pen is an automatic microneedling device that is used to treat skin imperfections.  Our pen makes it easy to adjust the needle tip depth (0-2.5mm) and speed (5 different speeds, 1000-7500R/MIN) as well as swapping out the tip cartridge for the right skin type. Our pen supports 9, 12 and 36 pin tip cartridges. Each derma pen comes with a charger and traveling case for the medical professional on the go.

How does the Derma Pen Work?

The Integrity Derma Pen’s array of settings makes it easy for the medical professional to select the best options for the client’s skin type. The pen’s technology provides a constant puncture of the needle stroke at a rapid pace, allowing the skin to be treated evenly. Since the needles automatically penetrate the skin, the medical professional will not need to apply additional pressure to the client’s skin. This helps provide a painless experience.

What does the Derma Pen Treat?

The Integrity Derma Pen focuses on skin rejuvenation for different skin types. This pen is used to reduce the appearance of fine lines, acne scarring, crows feet, wrinkles, increase skin’s elasticity and much more. Outside of being used for non-surgical facial rejuvenation many providers use this device to treat stretch marks, as well as neck and chest rejuvenation.

Micro-needling Frequently Asked Questions

Do you use PRP with microneedling pens?

Many providers opt to use PRP when using a microneedling pen. Combining the PRP with microneedling allows providers to treat dark under-eye circles, fine lines, wrinkles and many more skin concerns.

Do microneedling pens work?

Microneedling pens are a proven device for treating skin imperfections and enhancing skin rejuvenation. These automatic pens have been a popular option for dermatologists, medical aestheticians and Med Spas for years.

Difference between Derma Pen vs Derma Roller?

Dermal rollers have a fixed needle depth which is not very conducive to treat an area like the face (which requires different depths because of the varying thickness of skin tissue and the area being treated). This is a huge drawback, one that the electric micro needling pen doesn’t have as the needle depth and penetration is easily adjustable on a micro needling pen. There is also a dramatic difference in the type of injury that these devices introduce into the skin. The micro needling pen needles penetrate the skin vertically whereas the derma rollers penetrate the skin at an angle causing tears in the skin and lead to more side effects and a longer recovery time.

Is Derma Pen good for your face?

Yes, our electric micro needling pen is great for skin rejuvenation of the face! A skincare specialist can easily adjust the penetration depth through the treatment which allows them to properly address the specific needs of thinner skin, crows feet and the forehead. Thicker areas like the upper lip, cheeks, neck and décolletage can also be effectively treated all with one needle tip.

How long does it take to see results from Derma Pen?

When the deepest layers of the skin are penetrated by the needles, micro wounds are created. This will trigger the body's natural healing response to start healing the wounds immediately. Noticeable improvements are typically seen at 4-6 weeks post treatment.
